Parkguard Privacy Policy

Introduction

Purpose of processing, data categories, and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data to create a user account and verify the validity of your purchased license. In this context, personal data is processed as follows:

- Managing your user account
For the above purposes, we process personal data that you have provided yourself or that arises in connection with your employment relationship. This includes the following data categories:

- Phone number
- IP address
- User name
When we receive data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it. Storage periods
Unless an explicit storage period is specified at the time of collection, your personal data will be deleted when it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose of storage and no legal retention obligations require longer storage.
Revocability of declarations of consent
In cases where you have given us your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. This means that the processing carried out prior to the revocation was lawful on the basis of your consent.
