2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process the data received during the initiation or execution of a contract for the purpose of maintaining and improving an ongoing contractual relationship, as well as for customer retention and advertising measures, sales, customer communication and support, and the management of complaints and withdrawals.
Furthermore, we process this data in our CRM system to manage customer and contract data for shared use by our employees.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

Personal data is not transmitted to recipients outside the company.
Transfer to third countries or international organizations
